February is Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month.
From their first class, each child in the Bar and Bat Mitzvah for Children with Disabilities program receives a tallit and kippah, learning the blessing for tzitzit and personalizing their kippah—a meaningful first step in their Jewish journey. When they celebrate their aliyah to the Torah, they are gifted B’chol Drachecha, our cognitively accessible siddur, ensuring every child can engage in tefillah.
Your support provides these essential items, allowing every participant—at no cost to their families—to fully experience this transformative program. A $60 gift covers a tallit and siddur for one child. Please join us in making Jewish life accessible to at least 100 children each year on the program.
